SAFETY
Standard across the range, full size driver and passenger airbags.
Disc brakes, ABS give greater stopping power and finely-tuned maneuverability when the car is under stress. Other passive safety features include non-splintering door trim panels, central locking that unlocks all the doors after a collision, and a non-flammable fuel tank. At VW, safety is non-negotiable.
