Mustek's recently released Mecer T1800 Notebook with Tillamook MMO
technology is proving to be a fast mover. The Mecer T1800 is available
in a full series of Pentium processors, ranging from the Tillamook-233 MMO
to the Pentium II-300 MMO.
Memory is expandable to 128MB, and taking this into consideration
with the processor power, the T1800 offers exhilarating performance,
higher quality and faster internet browsing, improved responsiveness
in using applications such as office suites, and enhances graphics
for developing and delivering presentations.
The stiffy drive and the 20X speed CD-ROM are built-in, resulting
in a more user-friendly notebook. The 16 bit 3D sound card offers
high quality sound with its built-in speakers.
The T1800 is available with a 13" DSTN or 13.3" TFT XGA colour
screen, and display's at a resolution of 1024 X 768, offering
crisper clearer images. The PCMCIA slot supports (2X TYPE II, 1X TYPE III)
PCMCIA devices.
The T1800 has a fast IrDA port, as well as a
TV-output port, which supports PAL and NTSC. The notebook comes
with a universal standard Lithium-Ion battery, and supports
Duracell Smart Bus Battery.
