The cc was founded in 1985

During the period 1986 -1993:- We built approximately 90 small homes catering mainly for the new home buyers. In Ladysmith, KZN.

We also developed a cluster home complex known as “ Somerset Heights”. This comprised of 11 two bed roomed units of 105 square meters plus a garage or carport.

In addition we built four large luxury town houses of about 280 square meters.

We also built a garage in Newcastle for Total Oil Company.

Our professional team
Our company or cc comprises of Mike MaGrath (52%), Rory MaGrath (16%) and Angus MaGrath (16%) as members. Michael MaGrath being the main member is qualified as a structural engineer with 15 years experience on projects such as the Ford Motor company (drainage system) as well as on the “Firs Shopping Complex” high rise building in Rosebank.
