Installation

• Start by putting Lintols on load bearing (220mm) wall
• Space Lintols by using block with each of the blocks sitting on Lintol
• Start by propping Lintols 1-2m apart and prop every second lintol
• Blocks can how ever be placed in between Lintols, leave blocks out where you have placed plank
• Where blocks have been left out, place 2 y10 steel
• If lights are needed slip out Concrete block and replace with steel light box
• Place welded mesh on top pf block and tie down
• 25 mps pump mix concrete must be used to form a 60mm screed on top of block
• Use water level to level concrete that has been pumped upon slab
• Water slab 3 times a day for 2 days
• Leave supports for 14-21 days
