Plain Paper Convenience

Step up to the advantages of plain paper faxing. With the 9765, the plain paper faxes you receive can be written on, there's no curling and they can be circulated and filed without fading.

Fast Transmission and Scanning

With a transmission speed of only 6 seconds (which is faster than the industry standard), messages reach their destination rapidly, saving you time and money, especially on expensive long distance transmissions. A scanning speed of just 2.8 seconds cuts down waiting time, leaving you free to get on with other work.

Copy Mode

The 9765 can also be used to produce up to 99 quality plain paper copies at a speed of 6 pages per minute.

Single Line Telephone Connection

With an automatic switch that can differentiate between telephone calls and fax messages, the 9765 needs only a single telephone line for operation. The 9765 has three operational modes. In auto mode it is able to tell the difference between incoming phone and fax calls and ring or receive automatically, and can also be connected to an answering machine. In fax mode it will operate as a stand-alone machine when connected to a dedicated line. Manual mode can be used for fax and phone calls, with each being answered personally.

18 Page Fax Memory

With a 240KB standard fax memory, up to 18 pages can be stored in the 9765's memory to be transmitted or received. This also means you can send or receive faxes whilst you are printing out a received message or copying.

User Friendly Design

The convenient, practical design of the 9765 allows the fax message original to be placed on the scanner face up so you can read the number to which it has to be sent. There is no need to fold back the corner of the original or write the number on a separate piece of paper, so faxing is faster and simpler.

Higher Capacity Options

The 9765 can be upgraded with two fax expansion cards giving an additional 168 pages of memory, and an optional 250 sheet cassette tray gives the 9765 a total paper capacity of 400 sheets, allowing it to be left unattended for lengthy periods such as weekends. It also means less frequent reloading of paper during busy, everyday use.
